Return Policy
We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive defective goods or if there is a problem with your order please contact us at 414-530-9766 or scott@doctarilonglines.com. We want you to be satisfied with the products you select from Doctari Longlines.
Returns Process:
- Contact Doctari Longlines to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) Call (414) 530-9766 or email us at Scott@doctarilonglines.com.
- Doctari Longlines may issue you an RA# number as well as the address to ship the package(s) back to.
- Package and seal your return securely and write CLEARLY on the outside of your package the RA# number given to you, please include your return address information.
- Return the package to the address given to you.
- We will notify you via email of the status of your refund/replacement once we have received and inspected the items returned for credit or replacement.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
- 25% Restocking fee may apply.
- Doctari Longlines is not responsible for damaged or stolen shipments, nor for delays in shipping due to the courier of choice. Claims for such circumstances must be taken up with the courier service.
- NO RETURNS will be accepted or credited for any reason without prior authorization.
